Each individual must have a unique account, and you are responsible for all activities conducted through your account. Any violation of our Terms of Use may lead to immediate termination of your access to our Service.

By using the Services, you grant CRXAI, its successors, and assigns a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, sublicensable, royalty-free, irrevocable copyright licence to use, copy, modify, adapt, publish, transmit, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, sublicense, and distribute the text prompts and images you input into the Services, as well as Assets generated by the Service at your direction. This licence empowers CRXAI to make the Assets available to the public and to use them as necessary for providing, maintaining, promoting, and improving the Services, and to comply with applicable laws and enforce our policies. You agree that this licence serves as sufficient compensation for your submission or creation of Assets, as your use of the Services constitutes adequate consideration for granting these rights. You also grant each user of the Service a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to access your publicly available Assets through the Service and use those Assets (including reproduction, distribution, modification, display, and performance) as enabled by Service features. This licence to CRXAI survives the termination of this Agreement by any party, for any reason.

Termination

CRXAI reserves the right to terminate your access to the entire Service or specific parts thereof if you fail to comply with these Terms of Use, potentially resulting in the deletion of all information associated with your account. Either party may also terminate the Services for any reason by providing written notice. If you choose to terminate your account, follow the instructions provided on the Service. Please note that any fees paid are non-refundable. Following termination, all rights and licenses granted to you in this Agreement will cease, except provisions that, by their nature, are intended to survive termination—such as warranty disclaimers, indemnity clauses, and limitations of liability.

Indemnification

You shall defend, indemnify, and hold CRXAI, its affiliates, and their respective employees, contractors, directors, suppliers, and representatives harmless from any liabilities, losses, claims, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys fees, arising from or related to (i) your use or misuse of the Service, or (ii) your violation of these Terms of Use, applicable laws, contracts, policies, regulations, or other obligations. CRXAI reserves the right to assume the exclusive defence and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you. In such cases, you agree to cooperate with CRXAI.
